How do we order cookies?   

Cookies and more are available to order with either the paper order form sent home with your child or via the website/app. You can see the catalog online or you will be provided a paper catalog along with the order form.

Do I need to copy my online orders to the paper forms?

Absolutely not, please don’t. That will result in a duplicate order being created. 

What do I do with the money?

Send it to school with your child on or before the deadline. If you’re not confident your child is comfortable with a large amount of cash please hand it to the teacher directly or drop it off at the office. 

How do we get the cookies?

Those who order via the paper form will receive their orders in bulk on “pickup day” and they will need to be delivered to each person who ordered individually. Those who ordered online are given the option to ship directly or the pickup option.

When do we get our cookies?

We will let you know as soon as we have a pickup date scheduled by our vendor. Important note: this is the ONLY date to pickup cookies as we do NOT have access to freezer space to store orders. If you are not available that day please arrange for a friend or family member to pickup. 

Where do we pick up our orders?

Our plan is to have a ‘drive up’ location, historically this has been the Durham Memorial Hall however we will confirm as soon as we have a date. 

What happens if there’s a problem with my order?

When you pick up your order there will be a paper receipt of what is in your order as well as information on how to contact the company with any issues.
